Attendance & Family Welfare Officer

Fixed Term Contract – 6 January to 17 July 2020 (Term time only)

NJC SCP 27 - £30,507 (to be calculated pro rata)

Wyvern Academy are seeking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic individual to further strengthen the Attendance Team.  Applications are invited from experienced individuals who have the drive and ambition to promote excellent attendance and to assist in the reduction of all levels of pupil absence.

You will work closely with the Assistant Headteacher responsible for Attendance, assisting with the provision of support and advice to other key staff.  Experience of working within a school environment in a similar role would be advantageous, as well as demonstrating a sound knowledge of SIMs software.
