We are a 14-19 mainstream University Technical College, specialising in creative digital media, and based in the heart of MediaCityUK.  

Sponsored jointly by the University of Salford, The Lowry Arts Centre and Aldridge Education, we are a small college (600 capacity) for young people of all abilities.  We offer specialist learning alongside traditional GCSEs and A Levels, complemented by practical experience, employability skills and a wealth of industry links.

We are seeking to appoint a person who is ambitious, a strong communicator, an effective team player and who will contribute to our vision of an outstanding UTC, which will ensure success for all our students. The role involves a great deal of communication, both verbal and written, with a wide range of staff of the college, students and parents/carers.

The post-holder is to act as the UTC lead on all matters relating to student attendance data. The post-holder is to work with multi-agencies, particularly with the local authority Early Help teams, Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and UTC nurse, to remove barriers that exist for parents and carers in supporting their children to achieve their full potential.

Salary:   NJC Spine Range 18-22 £24,313 to £26,317 p.a.

Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only - pro-rata salary £20,819 to £22,535 p.a.
