The Role

We are seeking an outstanding individual to provide support in maintaining and promoting attendance throughout the school and to manage the medical room and provide welfare support.


This post is 31.25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only).

 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking all duties relating to pupil punctuality, attendance and general records
  • Inputting and ensuring the accuracy of data onto the Arbor attendance system
  • Administering first aid to pupils as required, in keeping with the school’s policy, and ordering first aid supplies as necessary
  • Managing the school’s systems for supporting pupils with medical needs, liaising with staff and parents and arranging staff training where required.

 

 We're looking for you if you have:

  • Experience of general administrative work
  • Willingness to undertake first aid training (First Aid at Work, 3 day course)
  • Good knowledge of school policies and procedures
  • Ability to use word processor and appropriate range of financial and administrative IT packages
  • A commitment to the safeguarding of children and following relevant policies.
