Inspire their remarkable with us.

An opportunity to support our remarkable academies with attendance, behaviour, accountability and wellbeing, to inspire more opportunities for our children to choose a remarkable life.

We are a family of schools brought together by one common vision and a passionate belief that each and every child can lead a remarkable life. An excellent education transforms lives and every pupil who attends one of our schools is given the support, care and opportunity they need to flourish.

You are someone who will support the AET’s strategy on attendance, behaviour, accountability and wellbeing. This is a wide-ranging and interesting role in one of the country’s largest academy trusts. As such it offers you the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of cutting-edge work to improve outcomes for the Trust’s 32,000 pupils and to support the Trust’s 5,000 staff.

You will work across AET’s national network of academies in line with our core values and vision for all our children to lead remarkable lives.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

  • experience of working with data, interpreting and manipulating information
  • experience of working with workplace guidance and legislation
  • attention to detail. Working to tight deadlines while maintaining quality of output
  • ability to use all standard software packages and to interpret legislation and guidelines, and communicate them with clarity.

The role is ideal for individuals with previous experience in working in an educational environment, knowledge of attendance and behaviour legislation and guidance, however, we welcome experience from any sector. You will work directly with the National leader for behaviour and accountability to ensure that the work is effectively managed and delivered against AET priorities in order to provide the best possible support to AET’s primary, secondary and special academies.

You will be joining the leading inclusive educational trust in the country - one where you have more opportunities to forge your own path, where your work is truly valued and where you will receive the recognition and rewards to motivate you to build on your achievements.

We passionately believe that every child can discover their own remarkable life. It’s what motivates us around here. We know this vision requires something extra. Which is why at AET, you’ll find more. More opportunities, so you can forge your own path. More care and support, so you can prioritise what matters most. More purpose, for you and for the children we’re inspiring.

We offer:

  • More influence - As a Trust with 58 schools, the work of our support team directly influences the lives of tens of thousands of children.
  • More opportunity for a national role - Our central team develops strategies and resources that support our academies nationwide.
  • More connection - A chance to experience what’s happening within our diverse academies.
  • More technology so you can make more impact - G Suite for Education embedded throughout. Collaborative cloud technology gives you access to the latest tools, when and where it suits you. More tech enabled classrooms mean less time spent on admin.
  • More ambitious, professional and passionate colleagues - All focussed on delivering remarkable lives.
