Maltings Academy and New Rickstones Academy in Witham, Essex are graded ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ by Ofsted respectively. Both have a state of the art new building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff alike.
The post is initially based at New Rickstones Academy but you will also be required to work at Maltings Academy.
You will provide administrative support to the Assistant Vice Principal to control, monitor and analyse the attendance of students at the academy. The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administration role with excellent IT skills and great people skills. The hours for this position are likely to be 8am until 3pm but will vary according to academy needs.

New Rickstones Academy is a secondary school based in Witham. This is an exciting time to join New Rickstones Academy as we continue to expand. Over the last 8 years, student numbers have more than doubled, leading to oversubscription and the addition of a new building in September 2022 to accommodate the growing demand.
