Northern Education Trust North Shore Academy are seeking to appoint an Attendance and Cover Manager. The successful candidate will lead the academy attendance team in providing operational and administrative support to promote whole academy attendance strategies, to improve attendance and persistent absence in line with academy targets. Oversee staff cover within the academy and line manage the Cover Supervisors.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels. You will have exceptional organisational and ICT skills including the ability to multi task and manage a number of conflicting priorities in order to support all related matters.
