Attendance Intervention Manager Grade 8 / term time plus 2 weeks (42 working weeks)  We are looking for an Attendance Intervention Manager with the ability to use specialist knowledge and experience to support students and families ensuring excellent attendance at school, and tackle barriers to attending.  Work may be carried out in the classroom but will mainly be outside the main teaching area and may be in the student’s home.  The role requires somebody who can contribute to the development of and implementation of a range of alternative actions to promote good attendance across the academy.  The right candidate will implement innovative strategies to include rewards, incentives and competitions to encourage good attendance; and understand and analyse school attendance data in order to identify attendance patterns for groups and individual students.  Please see the attached job description and person specification in conjunction with the advert.  This is an exciting role and could provide a strong platform for a keen and enthusiastic colleague. The role would suit someone who can work independently and is looking to develop their own professional experience.
