Job overview

Royds Academy are looking for an Attendance Leader to contribute to safeguarding students, improving academic progress and attainment by improving school attendance. You will be responsible for advising pastoral staff and senior managers on all matters relating to attendance and where necessary take the lead role in developing work processes to improve attendance.

Career development: Oulton Academy prides itself on providing both formal and informal CPD opportunities, 2 hours per week minimum. Informal CPD provides staff with weekly departmental time as well as the chance to collaborate with other teams across the academy.
