Hours of work will be 8:30 am to 3:30 pm daily
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join Highworth Warneford School as a member of our student support team.
As the Attendance Officer, you will work with senior and middle leaders to help monitor, promote and maintain high levels of attendance across the school. The Attendance Officer will monitor student attendance and initiate appropriate action as required, in line with school’s attendance policy, promoting a positive attendance and punctuality culture.
The Attendance Officer will play a vital role in improving attendance rates for identified groups of students and be pivotal in securing ongoing high standards of safeguarding procedures across the school.
You will be a highly motivated team player who is keen to get involved in all aspects of school life and learn new skills. In addition to the key Attendance role, when appropriate, you will also contribute to the wider work of the Data Team as directed by the Data Manager.
