Full Time: 37hrs per week (Term Time Only)
Ecclesfield School is a larger than average secondary school based in the north of Sheffield close to motorway links and networks.
The governors wish to appoint to this key role focussed on attendance management. Working with the school Education Welfare Officer You will closely liaise with key staff across the school to ensure high levels of attendance are sustained by our students.
This is a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have the aptitude to work with data using the schools information management systems (e.g. SIMS) together with MS Office Suite of products to support presentation of that information.
You will have excellent communication and administrative skills to enable you to fulfil the requirements of the post as well as ensuring there is consistently good liaison with parents/carers, staff and agencies.

Candidates will have;
- Ability to work with both students and parents in school and where necessary outside the school.
- Recent evidence of professional development that supports the nature of the role.
- Experience within a school would be highly desirable but is not essential. However, where no prior school experience exists the applicant must be a quick learner.
