An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and innovative Attendance Support Officer/Family Support Worker to join our team at Pendle Education Trust, based at West Craven High School.
The successful candidate will help to manage student attendance, working alongside the highly experienced and effective full time Attendance Officer, ensuring the academy meets statutory obligations and academy targets in order to contribute to raising achievement, and working closely with families who require our help and support. We are looking for someone who promotes and upholds the same high expectations as the Trust and its students. With a focus on sharing good practice, they will be committed to their own continuous professional development, and will engage enthusiastically with our quality processes to ensure that our
students receive an outstanding experience. A key aspect requires the successful applicant to work effectively as part of the Pastoral team and make a valuable contribution to the wider running of the school.
Salary – Grade 5
