The Post

We are seeking an enthusiastic, multi-tasking technician to support student learning by 

co-ordinating the use of practical resources and facilities, providing technical advice, support and assistance to the Arts.  A background in Performing Arts would be advantageous however, on the job training will be provided.  

Coupled with this, you will be working to assist the Network Manager in a busy, thriving and ever changing environment, providing technical advice, maintenance and repairs of the computer network ensuring high standards of service delivery are achieved.

It is recognised that this is a new broad and varied role.  The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the position moving forward as it evolves, and adapting it to match the needs of the school and its technical contribution to teaching and learning.  

This is a 1 year fixed term, 37 hours per week, term time only post, remunerated at £21403 - £22004 per annum.
