Salary/Grade: Grade B, scale point 3 - 4 (£20,812 - £21,189 FTE per annum)

Hours:                32.5 hours per week x 39 weeks per year

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated, organised, administrator to join our Recovery Centre team. The successful candidate will assist with the effective running of our Recovery Centre. This role will involve updating the systems that support our centre, maintaining pupil records, processing data and providing reports to school leaders. We are looking for an administrator with excellent organisational skills to work efficiently and accurately and the ability to build and maintain good rapport with colleagues, students and their families.

 Main duties and responsibilities

  •       To be student facing, registering students into the Recovery Centre.
  •       To coordinate the booking of pastoral appointments within the Recovery Centre
  •       To maintain data on pastoral matters in the MIS
  •       To assist in the preparation and administration of pastoral information as directed by the Assistant Vice Principal and Heads of Year. 
  •       To contact parents regarding students’ attendance in the centre
  •       To update ‘students’ advice’ on pastoral matters
  •       To assist with the interpretation and dissemination of pastoral information to staff
  •      To coordinate workbook and learning resources in the centre
  •     To ensure all students within the recovery centre have appropriate attendance marks
