We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hard working Teaching Assistant to work within the school’s Behaviour Base. The Behaviour Base supports vulnerable students in a positive and nurturing learning environment, as well as helping students address behavioural issues as appropriate. As such this post presents a range of opportunities to work with young people at different stages of their school career. Some of this work involves supporting students to complete GCSE revision and coursework, and an understanding of literacy and mathematical requirements at this level would therefore be an advantage.
The successful candidate should enjoy working with young people, have a flexible and positive approach and be able to work as part of a team.
