Hours of Work: 37 hours a week, Term Time Only (plus one week). Monday to Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday 8:00am-3:30pm. 


We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly effective Behaviour and Learning Manager to join our pastoral team. The main responsibilities in this post are monitoring pupil behaviour, wellbeing, working with students with behavioural concerns and liaising as appropriate with school staff, external agencies and parents. Another key function of this post is to safeguard and support the welfare of students. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and will have had experience working with and supporting young people.
