Term time plus one week 

The Hewett Academy is a school with high standards of behaviour and we are seeking a reliable and responsible person to work as a Behaviour Assistant. 

The role is to work with students who need additional support to behave appropriately to learn in class. This will involve working with small groups of students and assisting students in lessons, as well as supervising those who need one to one support in our learning support unit.

The ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and respond accordingly to their individual needs. You should possess top quality organisational skills and be confident in communicating with a range of people at all levels - from pupils and parents to colleagues, senior staff, and governors.
