​​​​​​​Who we’re looking for

This is an excellent opportunity to maintain high standards of behaviour.

You’ll work alongside senior leaders to develop and maintain a positive, ambitious culture which promotes excellent behaviour and enables pupils to fulfil their academic and social potential.

You’ll work in schools regularly, so will need to be flexible with your travel arrangements but can be home based on days when visits are not required.

You will have:

• Graduate with Qualified Teacher Status.
• Substantial experience as a senior leader in school or as an Education Adviser including responsibilities for behaviour.
• Experience of leading behaviour management successfully in a secondary school setting.
• Up to date knowledge in behaviour management, including national policy, pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, classroom management strategies, inspection findings and statutory requirements.
