Behaviour Learning Support Assistant
Salary will be based on CAN salary scale point 14 (£20,407 full time equivalent, £12,876 - £15,217 actual pro-rata salary depending on hours).
The post is for 27.5 - 32.5 hours per week, term time only (188 days). The working day will start at 8.20am and finish at 2.50pm or 3.50pm depending on weekly hours.
This is a non-teaching post which will give the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to work closely with young people supporting them in their school life.
As a Behaviour Learning Support Assistant (BLSA) you will be part of a team working under the direction of the SENCo and Assistant Headteacher. You will be expected to work effectively with both teaching and support staff at all levels as well as with parents/carers, students and external agencies.
