We are a growing village school with a strong history in the local community, with our convenient location just off the A11 also making us a popular choice for families in Wymondham and south Norwich.

We are seeking a reliable, dynamic and responsible person to work as a behaviour manager. We are willing to consider job share applications.   

The role is to support and supervise students who have been temporarily removed from lessons in the academy and have been placed in the Internal Exclusion Centre. The role holder will provide immediate support for behavioural incidents which take place and work with students to support a smooth reintegration into the learning environment.

This ideal candidate will be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and being aware of and responding accordingly to their individual needs.
