37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Start date: -1st September

Fixed term to August 2018

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic person to work with small groups of students in the Ready to Learn area. The successful candidate will be required to support students to overcome a range of barriers to learning and to support students facing challenges to access their learning in a classroom environment. Students who are required to attend this provision, will do so for a short period of time before returning to mainstream lessons. 

The successful candidate will:

• demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills

• be passionate about supporting disengaged students to participate fully to reach their full          potential

• be committed to encouraging high standards of learning;

• be able to interest, encourage and engage students

• make effective use of their time
