Job overview

Ysgol Rhosnesni are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Behaviour Manager who will work closely with our students, parents/carers and staff to continue to build and maintain successful relationships.  

The ideal candidate will have the suitable skills and to be able to demonstrate and apply their detailed knowledge to ensure a consistent and effective approach to behaviour management across the school implementing, and monitoring behavior strategies to develop and deliver a range of preventative approaches to behaviour management.  

The successful candidate will lead a small, committed behavior support team.  

You will be required to adopt a multi-agency approach to work in partnership with staff in supporting students and their families with addressing behavioural, emotional and social needs, monitor and analyse behaviour patterns across the school whilst having due regard to confidentiality, child protection procedures and health and safety,  The ability to contribute to whole school safeguarding procedures and practices would be beneficial.
