Governors are seeking to appoint a well-presented and experienced member of staff to fulfil this new role within school. The successful candidate will be a part of our highly skilled and dedicated pastoral support team. They will work within school with individual children or small groups of children who are experiencing emotional or behavioural problems. They will also contribute to the design, planning and delivery of training programmes for parents, teachers and other professionals. The successful candidate will be based for one day each week in a neighbouring primary school and therefore having the skills and flexibility to work in both a primary and secondary setting is essential.
