Hours of Work: 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per year, 

Scale point 12-17, £21,589 to £23,836 pro rata

This is a fixed term contract until 31st December 2020

Royton and Crompton E-ACT Academy is based in our new state of the art building which opened in September 2019. This building has been designed to inspire the pupils and staff who use it. At The Royton and Crompton Academy, we know that the life chances of our pupils are determined by inspirational people like you. 

We are seeking to appoint a Behavior Mentor. This is a new position. The successful candidate will:

• Be a positive and caring individual

• Be relentless in their aim to enhance learning opportunities for our young people

• Be willing to join a well-organised and co-ordinated team

• Have maths and English GCSE at Grade C or above (or equivalent)

• Be enthusiastic about  encouraging our young people to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher or themselves


The Academy prides itself on the level of support given to pupils in the classroom, this position offers an excellent opportunity to develop classroom skills.
