The Stockwood Park Academy have a wonderful opportunity for a competent and organised Administration Assistant to work within the Behaviour Support team at the Academy. You will ensure the smooth running of the office and support the team with administrative duties such as keeping a log of all students who enter the support room, entering behavior incidents on the SIMS computer system and preparing the paperwork for detentions and fixed term exclusions.
This role will suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills as you will be required to work collaboratively with other staff members, parents and visitors. Full training will be provided in order for you to fulfil the needs of this role.
Key Duties:
- Supervising and providing work for the students in the behaviour support room (BSR).
- Liaising with parents with regards to detentions that have been issued.
- Liaising with teaching staff to ensure that you have a bank of relevant work for students

· Start Date: January 2019
· Salary: L2 – L3 FTE £17,173 - £19,446 / Actual salary: £14,794 - £16,752
· Job Role: Full time, 37 hours, term-time only (39 weeks)
· Contract: One year fixed term contract in the first instance
