Since Ely College and Bishop Laney Sixth Form joined the CMAT family of schools in 2016 we have been recognised by the Cambridge Evening News Education Awards as the Secondary School of the Year in 2018, in 2019 we were inspected by Ofsted and judged to be Good overall with Outstanding leadership and management. We admitted our largest intake of Year 7 students in 2020 with 270 students joining us; and the confidence that the community has in our excellent pastoral care and quality of teaching means that we will be admitting a further 270 students in September 2021.
In order to meet this growth in our student numbers, we are currently a college of 1,300 and are projected to grow to over 1,600 within the next two years, we are embarking on an ambitious recruitment drive to appoint subject specialists with the values that we feel will be a superb fit with our existing staff.
We are now looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Assistant who shares our core values which are set out clearly in the person specification and the job description. This post will be a wonderfully rewarding experience for the successful candidate as they will be joining a supportive team which is well resourced and be part of our wider CMAT family. The role is for 37 hours a week term time only.

We understand that applying for roles requires a great deal of time and preparation so we commit to acknowledge the receipt of all applications and will notify you by the end of the working week if you have been shortlisted or not.
