The Opportunity

Tudor Grange Academy is a large secondary school located in Solihull. There are 1600 students at the Academy, including 300 students in the sixth form. Students at the Academy achieve exceptional examination results and have access to a high quality curriculum, including a variety of activities on offer in the wider curriculum.

Behaviour at the Academy is excellent and is managed predominantly by college leaders who make up the Academy Senior Leadership Team. From September 2019, we are seeking to appoint a team of behaviour support managers to support the College Leaders with maintaining high standards of behaviour and conduct around the Academy. This non-teaching role is new and it is anticipated that the successful applicant will play a key part in the daily running of the Academy and pastoral support of students.

Successful applicants must be able to form excellent relationships with students and apply Academy policies consistently. We are seeking individuals who can inspire and motivate students whilst holding them to the highest of standards and supporting them through their formative years. Applications are particularly welcome from individuals who have had previous experience working with young people (for example, education, social work, policing).
