Behaviour Support Manager

Monday to Friday, 8.15am – 3.45pm (35 hours per week)

As a result of extraordinary growth in student numbers, our new Ofsted report and improved outcomes, we are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Manager. Do you think you could inspire a young person to think creatively to change the world we live in? 2023 is a truly pivotal moment for Theale Green School as a result of extraordinary growth over a three-year period. Our Student Support team is rapidly growing with introduction of new posts including Heads of Year, a Family Support Worker and Safeguarding Administrator. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Behaviour Support Manager to join the team who can motivate, support and encourage students to unpick their barriers to learning and help them achieve strong outcomes in the future.
