Monday – Thursday 8am-4pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm

Term time plus 5 inset days

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Behaviour Support Manager to provide individual support to students in danger of becoming disaffected or disengaged in lessons.

The successful applicant will be able to work in a busy environment, be self-motivated, have excellent communications skills, possess the ability to remain calm in difficult situations and have a clear and consistent approach to dealing with young people. You must be able to establish good relationships with students, acting as a role model and be committed to securing high standards of behaviour and discipline which will increase academic attainment.
