We are looking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Mentor to work as part of our Student Services team. The role will include identifying and working with students who have barriers to learning, developing small group and one to one mentoring relationships, delivering programmes to improve behaviour and contributing to the behaviour management systems within the academy. You will play an important part in taking us from Good to Outstanding, and we can promise it’ll be an exciting and rewarding journey.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience of working in a structured way with young people who are vulnerable or hard to reach
  • Have knowledge and understanding of strategies needed to support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs
  • Be flexible and resilient, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for children and young people.
