Permanent Contract – 37 hours per week Term Time, plus 5 days during the school holiday period plus INSET days.

United Endeavour Trust is a Multi Academy Trust comprising of Clayton Hall Academy, Newcastle Academy and Sir Thomas Boughey Academy.

This is an opportunity for someone to join our Pastoral Team at Newcastle Academy. We have a whole school approach to behaviour and believe that behaviour is communication and this communication needs to be understood and supported.

We are looking for someone to promote student attainment, achievement, attendance and well-being through targeted support and intervention with particular emphasis on the pupil premium and vulnerable cohorts of students.

Newcastle Academy in October 2015 converted to become an academy within the  United Endeavour Trust. Our external Trust Partners include Keele University, Newcastle-under-Lyme College and Stoke City Community Trust, and we are actively looking to expand under the leadership of our Chief Executive Officer and MAT Board.

This close collaboration ensures we can offer staff and students much more than any single school: expanded choices and cross federation courses at Key Stage 4, additional extra-curricular provision and enrichment activities, access to training support and further opportunities and more specialist facilities.
