We are seeking to appoint two Behaviour Support Workers to join our Inclusion Team as part of a focused behaviour support service.  This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is skilled and experienced at building positive relationships with young people, who enjoys working in a busy school environment with individual and small groups of students, and who has the communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, parents and external agencies. Many of the target students will be vulnerable and will have emotional and/or challenging behavioural difficulties. The successful candidate will be passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people.


Brannel School is part of Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT), a family of Cornish Primary and Secondary Schools, with a strategic vision of ‘learning together to help every child achieve more’.
