Boarding House Supervisor

Here at Bosworth Independent College we believe in the importance of the individual and celebrate success regardless of the level.  We are a relatively small college of approximately 300 students; this enables us to offer a supportive family atmosphere where students and staff can enjoy their work and thrive as valued people and professionals.  We have a mix of international and UK students and the students are industrious, hardworking and aspirational.  Our motivated students come from a wide variety of countries, mostly aiming for Russell Group and Oxbridge.

Staff needed to supervise our overseas boarding students in their accommodation, close to Northampton town centre. Various duties are available during weekday evenings and weekends. Applicants should have experience of working with young people, or in any other care/welfare capacity. Applicants must be responsible, reliable, be good communicators and able to work without supervision. Candidates must be comfortable to work with young people from around the globe whose level of English may be developing. Excellent command of English is paramount, alongside a caring, supportive and culturally-aware outlook.  Please note this is not a residential position.
