If you are an energetic, caring teacher with a strong boarding background this rare opportunity to join Sherborne School as a Housemaster or Housemistress could be for you.

Two of our all boys boarding houses require new leaders from September 2021 and we are very keen to hear from individuals wanting to join our School at an exciting phase of its development.  With strong demand for places, a new boarding House opening in 2021, excellent academic results, an outstanding co-curricular programme and major redevelopment of the Sports Centre on the horizon, there could not be a better time to help shape the future of the boys at Sherborne.

As a Housemaster or Housemistress, you will be a crucial touchstone for the boys in your care in all that they do across their busy lives.  You will display resilience, determination, care and kindness and have authentic experience as a boarding professional at a top boarding school.

If successful, you will join us from September 2020 in order to get a true sense of how Sherborne works and to meet the families of those boys who are part of the boarding house you will take over.  This is a truly exciting opportunity for the right candidates.
