Job overview

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Boatman to join Bryanston.

Reporting to the Head of Rowing, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the fleet of school boats, the management of the boat bays, the servicing of our well-equipped boathouse and all relevant equipment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing and maintaining a boathouse, workshop and boats and have excellent boat maintenance and repair skills. A working knowledge of rowing, including an awareness of water safety is also desirable, as are good communication and organisational skills.

This is a year-round position, based on working 40 hours per week.
