South Staffordshire College require a dedicated and enthusiastic Bricklaying Instructor to support our growing construction provision.
In addition to delivering and assessing the practical elements of our bricklaying programmes; the successful applicant will also have duties relating to the development of our college construction provision and will be involved with many offsite projects and visits.
The successful applicant will take an active role in the learner recruitment process and in helping to run promotional events to raise the profile of our construction provision.
Essential qualifications for this role include relevant industrial / trade qualifications to at least level 2 and relevant experience within the bricklaying and construction industry.
Desirable qualifications include teaching and assessor awards. If you don’t have these desirable qualifications and you are successful in gaining the post you will be expected to undertake these in a reasonable time frame, for which the college will support you.
