Location: Northern England

We are seeking to appoint a Building Operations Manager to cover the North.  This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the National Building Operations team. 

The main responsibilities of the role is to lead the provision of estates-focused customer services across the Trust sites.  You will manage a team of Building Operations Supervisors and Assistants, who are all focused on ensuring the safe, economic and effective operation of all Trust buildings and grounds.

The successful applicant will have significant experience in the delivery of site and facility management, along with the effective management of outsourced contracts. It is also essential that the applicants for this role have experience of successfully managing staff across multi sites.  You will also hold the IOSH Managing Safety or equivalent experience or qualification.
