Based at Various Sites Across the Region
We are seeking to appoint a Building Operations Supervisor to oversee our academies in the Gloucestershire and Wiltshire areas, including Brockworth Primary Academy, The Ridge Academy and Hazelwood Primary Academy. As part of the National Building Operations team, you will have an operational and supervisory role, managing the academies' Building Operations Assistants across the 3 sites, focused on ensuring the safe, economic and effective operation of all Trust buildings and grounds.
You will have previous experience of premises management or building management, be highly motivated, organised, full of initiative, and common sense, with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure. You will have the ability to lead and relate well and build positive relationships with staff and key stakeholders.

Our Curriculum
At The Ridge Academy we teach a curriculum that is similar to other schools because we believe that our pupils have the right to the same school experience as any other primary aged child. The key difference in our curriculum delivery is that it is delivered in very small classes with high levels of staffing.
