Building Services Officer 

40 hours x 52 weeks

£7.74 up to £8.72 per hour


We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified Building Services Officer to work for the Sheffield College at The University Technical College (OLP) in Attercliffe, Sheffield. The role will involve carrying out all aspects of Building Support Duties. This will include securing premises, repair and maintenance work, cleaning and portering duties. Any experience of trade and manual duties would also be an advantage. 

The role will require the successful applicant to work a variety of shift patterns to accommodate the Colleges opening hours.    

The ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys manual duties and can work under their own initiative.
