**18 Month Apprentice Role**

The Commercial Team is seeking an Apprentice Business Administrator to join the dynamic Employer Engagement and Sales Team.

As an Apprentice Business Administrator you will work / train within the Commercial Service team to:

• Provide an efficient and effective business support service to our commercial team, which is responsive to customer needs, externally and internally.
 

• Support apprentice recruitment process to provide a comprehensive Apprenticeship Recruitment service to the external clients to ensure the best possible candidates are recruited and retained.

The key skills, qualities and experience we are looking for include:

  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy: qualification in Maths & English Levels 4-9 (GCSE A-C) or equivalent
  • Confident user of IT applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail

During the apprenticeship, you will have a willingness to study towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Business Administration, which will last for 18 months.
