As a growing organisation we are looking to recruit a Business and Employer Engagement Officer to join our team to build relationships and connections with local, regional, and national employers to generate mock interviews, careers fairs and employer talks. 

You will work closely with the Education Adviser and Director of Assurance and Development to create an educational experience for our students which prepares them for the world of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the impact of the CEIAG and implement any improvements identified. 

The role also involves providing high quality careers advice and guidance to students at Buile Hill Academy. 

This is a new role, and the department is expanding so you will have the opportunity to shape the position and explore new ideas, bringing your experience to improve the level of service we provide.
