Location: Manchester
Salary: £22,031 - £27,069 (Plus possible Performance Management Pay)
37 hours per week/52 weeks per year
We are looking for a highly self-motivated and energetic Business Development Consultant, to join a fast growing team – with the ability to engage with employers of any size, providing a consultative approach to work force training solutions, accessing government funding, levy contributions and commercially costed training.
You will provide effective information, advice and guidance to individuals looking to undertake a skills development programme. To ensure the right programme of learning is agreed to benefit their personal development and progression opportunities.
The successful individual will be able to evidence a proven track record of self-generated business opportunities, with high income related achievement.
Experience within the Apprenticeship or FE sector is desirable but not essential; should the successful candidate demonstrate the skills and qualities to fulfil the role – product knowledge training will be provided.
