About You
You will support the Principal and Board of Governors in further developing our leading British International School. You will be committed to academic excellence within an anti-racist, diverse, inclusive and equitable organisation. Understanding cultural sensitivities within the Middle East is paramount to being successful in this role.
As Business and Development Director, you will exert a dynamic and seminal influence at every level, demonstrating leadership qualities of the highest order to ensure that students, through the high expectations they have of themselves, unlock their full potential.
As a school where recruiting and retaining the best staff is paramount, we invest significantly in continuous professional development, provided within the Education Innovation Forum (EIF), our CPD academy.
