We are seeking a proactive and diligent Business Development Manager to expand our client network and attract new clients to all BISR facilities, including the new Al Waha campus. This role involves researching market opportunities, overseeing growth projects, and ultimately enhancing the school's sustainability through strong stakeholder relationships and strategic partnerships.

Key Requirements
- Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or account management, particularly in facility or venue rental, with a strong track record of revenue growth.
- Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies that align with the school's mission and goals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in commercial contract, budget, and client relationship management.
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and strategic decision-making.
- Strategic thinking with strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive approach to internal and external customer interactions, maintaining high standards.
- Experience in negotiating partnerships, sponsorships, or contracts advantageous to the school.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
