A rare and exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in realising the ambitious vision we have for our school. The successful applicant will be an innovative and passionate leader and have the skill and enthusiasm to inspire others to perform to the highest standards. Experience in finance and business management, HR and payroll and Health & Safety are key to fulfilling the requirements of this position. School business management experience would be an advantage but is not essential.

Parmiter's School relocated to the current 60 acre rural Hertfordshire site from London's East End in 1977. The site is currently undergoing a period of development and has recently opened a new £4m state of the art Science facility. The school enjoys a good reputation for traditional values and academic achievement whilst maintaining a true family feel among staff and students.
Experienced teachers, Early Careers Teachers and support staff benefit from a supportive leadership team who focus on personal development and wellbeing as a priority. Staff benefit from complimentary use of a new Fitness Suite facility.
Parmiter's leads the Watford Partnership for Teacher Training in collaboration with 11 local schools, the University of Hertfordshire and Herts for Learning.
The school is consistently over subscribed for Year 7 and Sixth Form entry. Children of staff are a priority for admission.
