Job purpose
To be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
To be accountable to the Head Master and the Governors for, and to have overall responsibility for, the management of the business and premises aspects of the London Academy of Excellence (LAE), in particular though not exhaustively, in the areas of:
- Finance
- Resource Management
- Estate Management
- Health and Safety
- ICT infrastructure
- Line management of the administrative, technical, business and associate staff.
- Human Resources
The Head Master is very happy to answer any questions about any aspect of the role. LAE will support the successful applicant to pursue Continued Professional Development courses and training. The successful applicant will take part in the appraisal cycle.
