We are looking to appoint an outstanding Business Finance Manager to make a significant impact on the success of our school.
The successful candidate will take a strategic lead in maintaining the finances, operations and continuing development for the success of the school. As a key member of the Senior Management Team, this role is primarily responsible for supporting the Head in ensuring the most effective use of resources to support the school’s development plan.
Previous experience of working at this level is essential as the role encompasses wide ranging responsibilities for business development, advising on financial and business strategy, financial monitoring, budgeting and accounting. The post holder will also oversee the premises team and take the lead on whole school development projects.
Farlington is a co-educational day and boarding school for pupils aged 4 to 18, and is set in 33 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside. The school enjoys a strong reputation for its academic excellence and welcoming community.
