We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated lecturer to the Business and Law Department at our Haywards Heath Sixth Form campus.
The successful candidate will be committed to student success and development. The post will be responsible for teaching on our A Level and/or BTEC Level 2 and 3 Business courses. The ideal candidate will have experience of teaching Business at Level 3 (BTEC and/or A Level) in subject areas such as external environment of a business, Business Strategy and its implementation, and Change Management. We would also be interested in receiving applications from candidates who have experience in teaching BTEC Law.
We are looking to recruit someone immediately and can offer full or part time hours. This post is initially fixed term at our Haywards Heath campus but there may be an opportunity in the future to teach across some of the other courses within the department at our Crawley campus. We are looking to introduce several new courses over the coming years, so we welcome applications from lecturers who are keen to be part of a team who are working hard to develop the curriculum offer to introduce a range of new and exciting courses for learners.

About Crawley College
History and Ethos
Crawley College is a mixed, non-selective, non-denominational further education college, based in the centre of Crawley. It offers a range of academic qualifications, vocational subjects and apprenticeships. The college caters for those who are leaving school and looking to study for a BTEC or A Levels, or those looking to retrain and gain new skills or take their studies further with professional qualification or higher level training at its Centre for Higher Education.
On August 1 2017 Crawley College and Chichester College came together to form largest college group in Sussex. This merger represents an exciting new challenge and will provide high quality learning opportunities for around 25,000 students each year. The group covers four main sites – Chichester College, Crawley College, Brinsbury (a land-based campus offering courses including animal care, equine and agriculture among others) and Horsham Training Centre. It also has an extensive portfolio of successful commercial businesses, including First Steps Childcare, an examination boards, international education and sports and conferencing facilities.
