Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced and high calibre Business Manager to join our new academy, Castle Hill Academy. This is an exciting opportunity for the individual to play a key role in driving the development of the academy.

We are an ambitious school and a new member academy of the Platanos Trust, a growing and high-performing academy trust. It is just the place for talented, ambitious individuals to further their career and make their mark. 

We are an academy with very high expectations and a relentless drive for improvement. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for delivering the most effective use of resources, implementing new initiatives and the operational/business functions of the academy. The candidate will provide support for the head and be required to work with the academy trust to oversee various aspects of the academy. They will also have a commitment to the work ethic and ethos of the school and the Platanos Trust. 

This role would suit an ambitious individual who likes variety, eager to make a real difference in a developing organisation and can deliver under pressure in a demanding environment under their own initiative, but can also work in a collaborative manner against robust accountability measures.
