About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Manager to join a thriving and vibrant team of The Sunflower Federation as it begins a new phase of its development.

The post offers a superb opportunity for the successful candidate to play a major role in taking The Sunflower Federation forward. The Local Authority have approved the expansion of one of our schools to a new site and we are looking forward to appointing an innovative, positive and inspirational individual who will enjoy the challenge.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding person who has experience of strong financial management and support functions either from a business sector or school.

Experience of working in a school office is not essential.

The salary range for this post is M3 £46,549 to £49,590 

The hours are 37.00 per week - 52 weeks (Full Time) 

The post is to start - Negotiable

The Sunflower Federation was established in May 2017 and is formed of two schools namely Breakspeare and Meadow Wood. The Federation is governed by one governing board (one responsible body). The federated governing board manages all accountabilities and responsibilities for both school sites.
