You will provide overall strategic leadership and management at an academy level of all aspects of administration, HR, operations support and PFI contract management within the Academy. As the Academy’s leading support staff professional, you’ll provide leadership and management of the Academy’s support staff.
We’ll look to you to maintain a strong relationship with the Academy’s Finance Manager and ensure that the Academy’s resourcing needs are clearly interpreted into the budget setting process.
To be successful, you should have a solid background in leading and motivating colleagues and developing strategies to improve the support services of a school. If you join us, you will become a member of the Academy Senior Leadership Team, and will receive strategic support, direction and development from the Trust’s Chief Operating Officer.
